STRATEGIC DIETING
What I call 'Strategic Dieting" is a personal mixture of research that incorporates principles from Dr. Eric Berg's Healthy Keto Diet with Intermittent Fasting, my own personal experience and research, and consultations with medical professionals. This includes a personal dietary focus of No-Sugar, Low-Sodium, Low-Carb, No-Lectins, Gut Health, Nutritional Foods and supplements that decrease problems related with Diabetes, Coronary Heart Failure, Congestive Heart Failure, and Obesity. While this diet was customized to specifically address my own personal health issues, the principles and wisdom presented are of a lifestyle diet that benefits most people.
